Kanban/Lean is a set of philosophies and practices for getting the right work done right. It can be used by individuals or teams to organize the work in a way that, over time, maximizes value, predictability, and productivity. Can you learn it in an hour? No, but you can get off to a good start! Like any good strategic game, it will take a lifetime to master, but you’ll get results as soon as you start. We’ll visit the key ideas, provide a minimum of mechanism, and maybe even get you excited about getting your work manageable.
